Registration
Teams must register online by Friday, September 26. No new teams can be added after this deadline. Individual team members have until Friday, October 2 to register online. On-site registration will be available for team members who miss the online deadline, but same-day team registration will not be permitted.
Schedule*
8:00 am – Opening/Welcoming Ceremony, 1st Team checks in for Competition
12:00 pm – United & Port Authority NY&NJ Sponsor Recognition
2:00 pm – Last team check-in for Competition (subject to change)
Trophy Presentations immediately following the last Pull (Plane Competition Area )
*Competition scheule will be posted the week leading up to the Plane Pull and is subject to change
Deadlines
Team registration closes September 26. On-site team registration WILL NOT be available.
Pullers can register online through October 2. On-site puller registration will be available.
Fundraising Deadlines:
- Raise $1,200 by September 3: Get your shirts shipped directly to your team captian
- Raise $1,750 by September 3: Get your shirts shipped AND Your Team Name printed on your shirts
- Raise $2,250 by September 3: Get your shirts shipped AND Your Team Name printed on your shirts AND Choose your pull time*
- Team minimums and fundraising dollars are due by your pull time on October 3.
*Pull times are given on a first-raised, first-served basis.
Directions and Parking
Please park in Lot P-4, located at the Daily Parking Garage and AirTrain Station. Take the elevator to Level 1 and follow the walkway toward the Airbus Station. Look for signs marked ‘Airport Day/Plane Pull.’ A shuttle bus will run continuously between the parking area and the event location from 6:00 am to 4:00 pm.
